Ms. Paridhi Mehta is a dedicated Kathak artiste, educator, and choreographer who has been actively contributing to Indian classical dance and music for over 12 years. She is a senior disciple of Guru Shri Ankit Kumar Pandey and received her training in Kathak and music under his mentorship at Aadi Shakti School of Music and Dance. Alongside completing her MBA, she earned the prestigious Kathak Visharad degree from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh. With the blessings and guidance of her Guru, she established Nrutya-Sadhana School of Dance and Music in Chandigarh with the vision of promoting Indian classical arts and nurturing young talent. Her institution proudly carries forward the values of the Guru-Shishya tradition and remains affiliated with Aadi Shakti Sangeet Sadhana, Ulwe. Through years of rigorous practice and artistic commitment, she continues to inspire students through her passion for dance, music, and cultural heritage.
